The Situation

Century Park seeks to work with owner/operator or family businesses that have been under-resourced and possess undeveloped potential for growth.  MCCi had been owned by a corporate parent who had been a great steward of the business but was looking to bring in a new partner to accelerate the growth and expansion of the business.  MCCi management was seeking a partner that could provide capital support, operations resources, and experience for its next phase of the company’s lifecycle.  With Century Park, MCCi has the opportunity to accelerate its growth trajectory and value creation potential.

MCCi exhibits some of the key traits Century Park looks for in companies that we partner with – an experienced and entrepreneurial management team, a market leading position, a value proposition that has its clients raving about their products and services, and a dynamic and growing market opportunity.

How We Helped

Century Park evaluated the transaction with the help and guidance of Nick Yarymovych from its Executive Council. Mr. Yarymovych is a seasoned IT consulting executive with over 25 years of experience managing and building technology service organizations. He serves on the MCCi board and is actively involved with Century Park in the strategic planning, expansion plans and execution on its Value Creation Blueprint, Century Park’s strategic planning framework used at all of its portfolio companies. Century Park and MCCi have launched an add-on program to drive growth and shareholder value.
