Donald Stanutz joined the Executive Council of Century Park Capital Partners in 2011.

Don has over 36 years of experience in operations, sales and marketing, acquisitions, divestments, and business management in the oil, petrochemical, and specialty chemical industries. Don currently serves as Executive Chairman of ICM, a Century Park portfolio company that develops specialized silicone polymers and emulsions. Prior to ICM, Don served as both the COO of Huntsman Corporation and the Division President of Huntsman Performance Products where he grew the business from $1.5 billion of sales and $150 million of EBITDA in 2003 to $2.7 billion of sales and $279 million of EBITDA in 2008.

Prior to Huntsman, Don served as General Manager for Texaco Chemical Company, a maker of gasoline additives and industrial foam. During his tenure at Texaco, Don grew the business from initial startup to more than $100 million in sales. Don gained extensive experience in M&A having helped acquire and then integrate over $8 billion of chemical businesses purchased from Texaco, ICI, Rexene, and others.

Don holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Purdue University.
